PAC fullback Roberto Infante scored all 13 of his side's points and halfback David Etches was a handful with ball in hand. St. Louis won the toss and chose to play uphill into a stiff breeze in the first spell. PAC's Infante opened the scoring with a penalty kick five minutes into the match. St. Louis responded with two attempts at goal in the next five minutes- but both kicks died in the wind. Infante finished off a series of phases for the only try of the match 20 minutes in and a 10-0 PAC lead. The half ended with PAC leading 10-0, and with both side's attacks being bottled up by the extremely narrow PAC home pitch. The second half was played with great intensity by both teams. St. Louis played two men down due to sin binnings early in the second half, and surrendered another Infante penalty kick to go down 13-0. The teams pounded away at each other for the remainder of the match, but neither team's defense budged and PAC held on for the difficult victory.
