Hello? Anyone home??

First of all yes we are home but apologies for the lack of updates on our website and will have more updates throughout the upcoming weeks.

Well 2015 gone and as 2016 begins the Bombers look forward to the upcoming Spring season, a very tough season for both sides.

The fall season was off to a good start as the DII side opened up with a win against the KC Blues but fell to both KCRFC and KC Islanders the following weeks. The DII side is currently third in the standings with KCRFC and Omaha at the top two positions respectfully. The DIII side started off with two wins in the beginning but also fell with back to back losses against the Hornets and Royals. The DIII was able to end the fall season with a win against the Ramblers 26-3.

The break has been much needed for the players to recover from injuries and other ailments but the boys have been working hard getting ready for the upcoming spring season. The club recently has been hosting one day a week indoor practice at Mid-West Soccer Academy, strength training at Max-Effort Strength & Conditioning, and nutrient plans with the help from Arch City CrossFit. Practice is starting back up on Thursday, January 7th at 8:30pm and anyone interested in training with the team welcome to join.

The Spring schedule is still being finalized but the Bombers will start off with two matches in Columbia, MO. The DII side will take on KC Blues again and the DIII will follow with their match against the Outlaws. The DII squad will travel to Kansas and take on Omaha twice, one at home and the other up in Omaha.

March and April are setup to be very busy and very tough months for both squads. The boys have rested up and are ready to get the spring season started.

Don’t forget we are always looking and recruiting new players to the club. If you and someone you know is interested in playing rugby please join us at one of our practice sessions or over a beer at one of our sponsors.
