Nicknamed “Big Purp”, Taylor joined the Bombers in the Fall of 2013 where he has been a mainstay in the D2 forward pack. This tall (6’5″) player is one of the quietest club members but can often been seen putting in great work in lineouts, scrums, tackles and general forward play throughout the match. The only position he has played for the Bombers has been 2nd row. Previously Taylor has played for De Smet Jesuit High School for 4 seasons (2006-2009) where he was a member of the 2009 Missouri State Championship team. He earned All-State honors in 2009 for his efforts in the Championship tournament.
