Born and raised in St. Louis, Neal has been involved with rugby since high school assisting many events for the former rugby team, The Black Sheep. The Black Sheep Foundation have been helping families and their children who have suffered from life threatening diseases for many years.

It wasn’t until after graduating college from MIZZOU that Neal joined the St. Louis Bombers. The Bombers have been the only rugby team Neal has played on for the last 9 years. Neal’s role on the pitch has been prop but off the field Neal has worn many hats and continues to hold position of Club Secretary and web developer.

Neal has recently stepped in as Assistant Project Manager for the Bomber Park project. Neal brings his skills of project management, IT, and dedication to the Bombers and the sport of rugby to ensure the park will be of most highest quality.
